Bulk update - Adjust multiple selling prices simultaneously

Do you want to update the selling price of all products in an item group or from a supplier at once? For example, if this has become more expensive due to a higher gold price? Follow the steps in this article.

There are two possibilities:

- Upload a price list and update it at once

- Filter, manually adjust and update at once

Both methods are explained below.

Upload price list to change multiple selling prices

1. In the menu on the left, click Bulk updates

2. Click the Change product properties to bulk

3. Click on the grey Update Prices button (upload file)

4. Click on the green button Next step

5. Click on the blue button with the filter icon behind the search bar

6. For example, select the item group or supplier you want by typing in the filter field so that the options appear.

7. Click the Find button to load the products.

8. Click the green Upload file button to update prices.

9. A new screen appears. Upload the file by clicking in the upload field. It is important that the file contains the supplier's product number, the old selling price and the new selling price.

10. Enter the names of the columns you want to link to the correct field.

11. Click the Submit button.

12. Click the green button Start updating my products.

13. You will see once more the products that have been found. Click the green Confirm button.

14. A new screen appears. Here you can see which products have been customized and whether products have failed. Click the Back button to customize other products.

Manually adjust multiple selling prices simultaneously

1. In the menu on the left, click Bulk updates

2. Click the Change product properties to bulk

3. Click on the grey Update Prices button (upload file)

4. Click on the green button Next step

5. Click on the blue button with the filter icon behind the search bar

6. For example, select the item group or supplier you want by typing in the filter field so that the options appear.

7. Click the Find button to load the products.

8. Change the selling price under the column with the location name.

It is important to update this page before moving to the next page.

9. Click check box in the Select column to update the products on this page.

10. Click the green button Start updating my products.

11. A new screen appears. Here you can see which products have been customized and whether products have failed. Click the Back button to customize other products.
