Select customer at checkout
1. Click on the 'Cash register' button in the menu
2. Click on the 'Customer' button on the right
3. Type in a data from the customer
The default search function searches by surname and address (street, house number and postal code).
Use 'Advanced Search' explanation
- Click on the filter icon to search advanced (and get better results).
- Select the required fields to look up.
- Fill the details in the order of the selected fields.
For example: First name and Street selected? Then fill in Jan, Voorstraat
4. Click on the 'Search' button
5. Click on the 'Choose' button behind the relevant customer.
Customize customer search function
Do you want to turn on 'advanced search' by default?
1. Click on 'Store settings' in the menu
2. Click on the 'Cash register' tab
3. Scroll to the "Customer settings" section
4. Select the fields you want to search for by default
5. Click on the 'Save customer settings' button
Change customer on transaction, repair or gift card
Have you created a transaction, repair or gift card and would you like to award it to another customer?
1. Open the relevant transaction
2. Click on the 'Change customer' button.
A new window will appear. Wasn't a customer added yet? Continue to step 4.
3. At the top right, click the 'Change customer' button again
4. A new window will appear. Type in a customer data and click on the 'Search' button
5. Click on the 'Choose' button behind the right customer.
The customer on the transaction has changed.
Change customer data
1. Click on "All Customers" in the menu.
2. Find and click on the 'View' button behind the relevant customer.
3. Click on the "edit" button at the top right.
4. Make changes and click on the 'Save' button at the top right.
1. Go through the steps above to change customer data.
2. For WhatsApp, select the correct country code (e.g. +31) and type the mobile number without a 0, so instead of 06 just the 6.Like this example:
After storing the customer data, a 'WhatsApp button' is visible on the customer page and on transactions or activities to which the customer is linked.
3. By clicking on this 'WhatsApp button', WhatsApp Web opens.
Pre-filling standard WhatsApp message from repair and order page
1. Click on 'Store settings' in the menu
2. Click on the 'Cash register' tab
3. Under 'Customer settings' fill in the default message that you would like to use often via WhatsApp when repair or order.
4 Click on the 'Save customer settings' button
This message can then be sent via the 'Whatsapp icon' on the repair and order page.
- Click on the 'WhatsApp icon'
- Click on the send icon.
WhatsApp business opens with the linked phone number and message. You can adjust this or send it directly.
Do you have the same customer in the system twice? It is possible to merge it so that the transactions (and loyalty points) are linked to one customer account.
The merge cannot be undone.
1. Click on 'All customers' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button of the customer you want to merge (so it's going to disappear).
3. Click on the 'Merge' button at the bottom
4. Find the customer you want to merge with
5. Click on the 'Merge' button behind the relevant customer.
6. Check the correct address and click on the 'Save and close' button at the bottom
Refresh the page so that you see that the customer is merged.
