Changing language

Is PrismaNote partially in English? Take the following steps.

1. Click on 'Dashboard' in the menu
2. Click on the selected employee at the top right.
3. Click on the "Language" heading and select the correct language.





Standard language setting

1. Click on 'Shop Settings' in the menu
2. Click on the 'Advanced' tab
3. Select the desired language
4. Click on the 'Submit' button


Important to disable automatic translation in the browser

Are there any bad translations shown in your system? Chances are that automatic translation in the browser is still on.
Make sure the browser makes the websitewww.prismanote2.comNever translated.


Google Chrome (Windows/Mac)

  1. Open the PrismaNote website (www.prismanote2.com)

  2. Click on theTranslation iconon the right in the address bar (usually a small translation icon or a box with 'A').

  3. Click on"Never translate this site."
    → Is this not there? Click on"Language institutions"Automatic translation for the current language.

  4. Reload the page if necessary.




Microsoft Edge

  1. Openwww.prismanote2.comin Edge.

  2. If Edge automatically translates, you will see a blue bar at the top.

  3. Click on"Options"(or gear) in that bar.

  4. Select:"Never translate this site".

  5. Reload the page to see the original text.


Safari (Mac)

  1. Visitwww.prismanote2.comin Safari.

  2. If Safari offers a translation, aicon with a speech bubble or flagin the address bar.

  3. Click on it and choose"Show original"Or"Stop translating".

  4. Safari remembers this for that site.


Firefox

Firefox does not translate automatically by default. But if you are using a translation extension:

  1. Go towww.prismanote2.com.

  2. Click on thepuzzle pieceAbove right.

  3. Find the active translation extension (such as Google Translate).

  4. Click on theThree dotsIn addition to the extension >Manage.

  5. Turn off automatic translation for this site or remove the extension.
