Discount on a product or transaction
How do you give a discount to a customer? Below we cover all options.
Give standard discount on a product
1. Click on 'Assortiment' in the menu.
2. Find the product in question through the search bar.
3. Click the 'View' button behind the product in question.
4. Turn on the right, turn on the "Priced" switch.
5. Enter the amount under 'Prijsed' that you want to give as a discount.
Would you rather give a percentage discount? Turn on the Percentage switch behind the "Prijsed" switch.
6. Scroll down slightly to save the adjustment by clicking the button 'Save."
Discount on a product on a transaction
1. Click on 'Cashout' in the menu
2. Add a product to the transaction.
3. Click the button with the percentage sign behind the price field.
4. A new screen appears.
5. Select the desired option under 'Fixed Price', 'Procentual' or 'New Price'.
6. Then click on 'Save'.
Do you want to change the discount?Click the button again with the percentage sign. Then click on the desired discount.Do you want to undo the discount?In the same window, click on the 'Custom discount' option and leave it 0. Then click on the 'Save' button.
Give discount on the entire transaction
1. Click on 'Cashout' in the menu
2. Add the products to a new transaction.
3. Click the button with the percentage sign behind the 'Credit or savings points' button on the right.
4. A new screen appears. Fill in the desired discount or the new total.
5. In this window, click the 'Apply discount' button. The discount is now evenly settled on the added products.
Do you want to change the discount?Click the button again with the percentage character. Click on the 'Reset' button and enter a different amount.
