Empty cache from your browser

Sometimes it is necessary to empty the browser cache to retrieve the latest version of our code.

A cache can be compared to a temporary storage of files. The browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and computer use it to load websites you visit for a second (or more) time faster. As a result, it can happen that older code is loaded in PrismaNote. In this article, we explain how to empty the cache.

Empty cache

1.Open the PrismaNote website

2. Click on the lock for the link

3. Click on the text 'Cookies and site data' (or in English 'Manage cookies and site data').

4. Click on the text 'Cookies and site data' again

5. Click on the trash icon behind the links until everything is removed.

6. Click on the blue button 'Done' (or in English 'Done')

7. Refresh the page and log in again with the data.
