Export stock list

This can be done in 2 ways:
- Via the supplier page
- Via Assortment page ( Excel file only)

Via Supplier page

1. Click on 'Suppliers' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button behind a supplier
3. Click on the 'Invent List' button on the right

4. Point the 'three dots' button on the right with the cursor.
5. Choose the option you would like to download.By default, 'Download CSV file' is for an Excel file and Download PDF file for an overview in PDF.

By clicking on the filter icon behind the supplier name, an additional filter or another supplier can be immediately selected.

Export stock of a certain brand or item group

This can be done both when exporting via the supplier page with the filter icon (see above) and with export via the range (see below).
For example, follow the following steps:

1. Click on 'Suppliers' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button behind a supplier
3. Click on the 'Invent List' button on the right

4. Click on the filter icon behind the company name

5. Select the brands or article groups.

It is not mandatory to add a brand to a product, so it may be that it is missing. An article group is mandatory, so for a complete list it is best to select it.

6. Click on the 'Submit'. The list is being adjusted.
7. Point the 'three dots' button on the right with the cursor.
7. Choose the option you would like to download. By default, 'Download CSV file' is for an Excel file and Download PDF file for an overview in PDF.

Via Assortment page (only as Excel file)

1. Click on 'Assortment' in the menu
2. Select the filters you want to use
3. With the cursor on the right, point to the button with the cursor on the right.
4. Click on the option 'Export products'
