Export stock list

Export stock list


This can be done in 2 ways:
- Through the suppliers page
- Via Assortment page (Excola file only)


Through Supplier page

1. Click on 'Suppliers' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button behind a supplier
3. Click on the 'Inventory List' button on the right



4. Point the cursor the 'three dots' button on the right.
5. Choose the option you would like to download.By default, 'Download CSV file' is for an Excel file and Download PDF file for an overview in PDF.

By clicking on the filter icon behind the supplier name, an additional filter or other supplier can be selected immediately.



Export stock of a particular brand or item group

This can be done both when exporting via the supplier page with the filter icon (see above) and with the export via the range (see below).
For example, go through the following steps:

1. Click on 'Suppliers' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button behind a supplier
3. Click on the 'Inventory List' button on the right



4. Click on the filter icon behind the company name



5. Select the brands or article groups.

It is not mandatory to add a brand to a product, so it may be missing. An article group is mandatory, so for a full list it is best to select it.

6. Click the 'Submit' button. The list will be adjusted.
7. Point the cursor the 'three dots' button on the right.
7. Choose the option you would like to download. By default, 'Download CSV file' is for an Excel file and Download PDF file for an overview in PDF.


Via Assortment page (only as Excel file)

1. Click on 'Assortiment' in the menu
2. Select the filters you want to use
3. Point the button with the cursor on the right with the 3 dots.
4. Click on the 'Export products' option



5. A new screen appears. If necessary, select the switch 'Share products only' and click on the 'Export' button at the bottom
