1. Click on 'Services' in the menu

2. Click on the 'Company' tab

3. Click the blue filter button to make a selection. Then click the 'Search' button to use the selection.

4. Click the 'Download' button on the right

5. Deactivate Number Pouch, Expected End Date, and Delivery Date.

6. Click on the 'Export' button.
