You can only print through the workstation, to which the printer is paired. At the top, click on the workstation to change it.
If you change printer settings, make sure you choose the correct workstation from the menu bar.
(Change workstation:In the menu, click 'Dashboard', point to the workstation at the top and click on the correct one).
Printing individual labels
Via assortment
1. Click on 'Assortment' in the menu
2. Find the right product.
3. Click on the pipe icon behind the 'View' button and choose the option 'Print Label' (Continue with step 6).
Alternative to step 3:
4. Click on the 'View' button behind the product.
5. Click on the 'Print label' button
6. If necessary, make an adjustment or select the correct layout and click on the buttonPrint.
Via purchase order
1. Add a product to the purchase order and book it in.
2. Click on the printer icon behind the product.
3. If necessary, make an adjustment or select the correct layout and click on the Print button.
Labels in bulk printing from the purchase order
With a purchase order, multiple labels can be printed at once.
1. At the top of the purchase order is the 'Print' button.
2. If necessary, make an adjustment or select the correct layout and click on the Print button.
Change label and settings
For a change of the label, it is best to take a photo of the current label. Then share the photo with the desired adjustment with our support in the chat or via email (support@prismanote.com).
Below are solutions to common problems.
First of all, take the following steps:
1. In the menu on the left, click on 'Shopping settings'.
2. Click on the Print settings tab.
3. Click or scroll to the Labels section.
