Label roller replacement

1. Turn off the printer.
   This prevents errors during replacement.

2. Open the printer valve.
   With Zebra printers you fold the top up.

3. Remove the old label roll.

4. Place a new label role.

   • Make sure that thePrinted side upis located.

   • The labels mustbetween the (yellow) guidesLay down and roll smoothly.

5. Close the printer valve well.

6. Turn the printer back on.

7. Perform an alignment/calibration.
   This way, the printer learns to recognize the size of the new role.

Ink roll (ribbon) replacement

1. Turn off the printer.

2. Open the printer.

3. Remove the ribbon used.

4. Place the new ribbon on the right holders:

   • On theTop role: empty winding coil.

   • On theLower role: full ink roll.

5. Turn the ribbon tightSo that there are no folds.

6. Connect the printer and turn it on.

7. Perform an alignment/calibration.
   This way, the printer learns to recognize the size of the new role.
