Linking newsletter systems with PrismaNote

It is not possible to send newsletters directly from PrismaNote. To ensure optimal shipping of this, PrismaNote can link with the most successful marketing solutions. With PrismaNote, your customer data and transactions can be automatically synchronized with a newsletter or email marketing system. This makes it easy to send newsletters and automatic campaigns, without manually exporting and importing lists. The link becomesAlways set up by our team. So you do not have to do this yourself.

What can you link?

We offer two types of links

1. Link Customer data

What can be synchronized:First name, surname, email, telephone number, address, gender, birthday, company name.
Why is this link useful for:Send newsletters to all your contacts, split contacts into groups, send people an automatic email for a birthday.
Cost:€ 20 per month

2. Customer details + transactions

What can be synchronized:All customer information and transaction data, such as number, location, total, discount, payment method, product category, product descriptions.
Why is this link useful for:Customers automatically send an email after a purchase (for example for service or warranty) or further analyze customer behavior with an automation tool.
Cost:€45 per month (for both links)


How does the application work?

  1. Contact supportby e-mail.

  2. Pass on:

    • Which newsletter system you use

    • Which link you want:Only customer dataOrCustomer data + transactions

    • Possible specific requirements (e.g. segmentation, fields that are important)

  3. We set up the link for you.

  4. After delivery, we will test together whether the data enters your newsletter system correctly.
