Location management

How can I manage multiple locations within the same account? You can do that with location management.

View locations

  1. Click Shop Settings in the menu.
  2. Under the General Settings tab, click Location Management.
Here your locations are shown. By default, the location 'Webshop' location and a separate location for the safe are also shown. This is to separate the statistics.


How do I add a store or location?

  1. Click Shop Settings in the menu.
  2. Under the General Settings tab, click Location Management.
  3. Click on the 'Add location' button
  4. Enter the name (for example, the place name or street name).
  5. Fill the currency, such as Euro, Swiss franc or English pound.
  6. Select the currency separation sign you want; a point or comma.
  7. Select the default language of the location. In this language, the receipt email of the receipt, repair or order is sent to the customer.
  8. Enter the country and address details.
  9. Click Save to add the location.

Info
At the location you can also enter your VAT number.

This way, you can manage multiple locations in the same account.

Idea
It is also important to have a separate Safe to create.
