The system is continuously optimized, but performance can also be influenced by user-side factors. Below are some points that you can check yourself to improve speed:
1. Check the internet connection
- Test your download and upload speed.
- Preferably use a fixed cable connection.
- Avoid Wi-Fi networks with many users or failures.
2. Keep browser up to date
- Make sure you use the latest version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
- Older browser versions can be noticeably slower.
3. Empty browsing
- A full cache or old data can slow down loading.
- Empty your cache and cookies and restart the browser.
4. Disable extensions
- Browser extensions (adblockers, password managers, plugins) can affect performance.
- Test the system in an 'Incognito' or 'Private' window.
5. Check equipment
- An older computer, little RAM or heavy background processes can cause delay.
- Close programs that use a lot of memory.
6. Network load in the store
- Do you also have an online radio or YouTube on?
- Is there a lot of data to sync (OneDrive, Dropbox, backups)?
Are there many colleagues active at the same time? This can slow down the connection.
If you check the above points and the system stays slow, we will be happy to look with you to see exactly where the delay comes from.
