Application process

It is important that we initiate the request for you, so that PAY directly configures the terminal with PrismaNote.

Due to money laundering, these documents must be delivered and approved before you are paid out the credits. Depending on what information you have quickly available, the application can take 2 to 5 working days.Due to the screening and the laws and regulations for payment processors, the application can take up to a week.

Payout speed

A big difference with CCV is that PAY does not pay out on Saturday and you will therefore receive the payments from Friday to Sunday. We have already submitted a request to also make a payout Friday evening / Saturday morning.

If the account is just new to PAY, the online payments will be released after 7 working days. This becomes 1 working day after a while, if it turns out that no complaints or reports come in.

Purchase of pinterminal: â '649,00 (normal âicular 749!)
Possibly trade-in old device: -âicular 100,00 (there are also several users who have sold it on the marketplace instead of exchanging it)

Example:
You have 1 terminal on which you offer Visa and Mastercard, for which you pay '2,00 per month.
If you have 2 terminals on which you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, you pay â,00 per month (2x â'3,00)

The most commonly used payment methods in NL (Maestro and VPAY) are included in the monthly rate and therefore you only pay the transaction costs.

Leases
Instead of buying a new pinterminal, it is also possible to lease it. As a result, the monthly service costs expire because they have already been processed in the monthly amount. Exchange is not possible with lease.

36 months: '34,95 per month

PAY will invoice the costs directly to you. Normally, they withhold payments in order to set off the outstanding invoices. You will therefore not receive an invoice from PrismaNote for this link.

Refunds via PAY

Refunds via your webshop can be made on the day the payment is made. A refund is always processed directly towards PAY, for the customer it can then take up to 3 days before the money is back (or payment obligation expires in the case of afterpay.

NEW: Wireless payments

We are developing a payment option with which you can generate a QR code in the checkout, the customer can then scan it in his or her payment app. With this option you would from all places in the store(or outside the store)You can start a payment without being near a pinterminal.
