Print helper Install
This article describes how to install the print link.
Look at 'Shopping settings' -> tab 'Print settings' to see if your PrintNode data.
If this is not the case, our support must activate another account for you.
Installing print helper
This program only needs to be installed on the PCs where printers are paired.
2. Open the downloaded file and choose "Yes" if the question appears if the program is allowed to make changes.
Install the print helper by following the steps below:
3. Click on that you accept the condition. For our print helper we use software provided by PrintNode. The conditions you see here are therefore from the creator of this software.
4. Click on 'Next'
5. Here you choose where to install the program on your computer. For all standard installations, you can leave this location unchanged. Click on 'Next' to continue.
6. These settings do not need to be adjusted, click on 'Next' to continue.
7. Also in this screen you do not have to click anything. Click on 'Next' to continue.
8. In this screen you will see a small summary of the settings from the previous screens. Click on 'Next' to continue.
The print helper is now installed on your computer. This can take a while but usually does not last longer than 2 minutes. After installation is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the following screen:
9. Click the box under 'Launch PrismaNote PrintHelper' and then click on 'Finish'.
The print helper is now installed and will start automatically.
Log in to the Printhelper
After the print helper has started, the screen below will be shown.
To use the print helper you need to log in. This information can be found under Store settings > Print Settings
These login details are therefore different from your normal login details for PrismaNote.
After you have filled in your details, click on 'Sign in'.
If the login was successful, the screen will disappear automatically.
If an error occurs, for example if you enter an incorrect password or your store is not yet activated to use the print helper, you will see a message 'Unauthorized'. Please try that case again and reset your password via the button 'Can't access your account?' (You must be logged out of PrismaNote to use that feature).If you continue to have problems, please contact support so that we can help you further.
Set PrismaNote to use the print helper
After the print helper is installed and you are logged in, we can do the settings in PrismaNote for selecting the printers and print settings.

Test print
Open any transaction, repair or product and print out a document, receipt or label.
If everything is set correctly, the document will come from the selected printer.
