Putting products online

In this roadmap you will find out how to put a product online.

1. Click on 'Assortment' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button behind the product
3. Enter the data in the first column under 'Brand', 'Product category' and possibly the 'Type'



4. Scroll slightly down to the 'Status' bar.Below you will see the heading 'Required to show on the website'.
Fill in the details with an asterisk to get the status bar green. The fields depend on the selected category in step 3.

Is the status red?Then there is still data missing to show the product online
Is the status green?Then the product can be shown on the webshop.



A little lower you will see the heading 'Improve filters and online findability'. This data isNot mandatory, but interesting to fill in. The product will then appear at the relevant filter. So if you have entered the color, the product will also appear if the customer selects the relevant color.


5. Then scroll to the top part of the page. In the middle column you will see the switch 'Sell on webshop'. Turn it on.




6. Under 'Webshop settings', select the desired setting.

Do not display on webshop:The product is not shown online.
Shown when there is stock (recommended):The product is shown online and automatically removed if there is no stock left.
Shown, also at 0 stock:The product can always be viewed and settled online, even if there is no stock.
Can only be reserved, price visible:The product cannot be settled online, but can be reserved.
Can only be reserved, price on request:The product cannot be settled online and there is also no price visible, but the product can be reserved.


7. Click on the 'Save' button to save the changes.
