Putting products online and categorize products on the webshop

Putting products online

1. Click on 'Assortiment' in the menu
2. Click on the 'View' button behind the product
3. Enter the details in the first column under 'Brand', 'Product category' and possibly the 'Type'.



4. Scroll slightly down to the 'Status' bar.Below is the heading 'Required to show on the website'.
Fill in the details with an asterisk to get the status bar green. The fields depend on the selected category in step 3.

Is the status red?Then there is still data to show the product online
Is the status green?Then the product can be displayed on the webshop.



Slightly lower you can see the heading 'Improve filters and online findability'. This data isnot mandatoryBut interesting to fill in. The product will then appear with the filter in question. So once you have filled in the color, the product will also appear if the customer selects the relevant color.


5. Then scroll to the top part of the page. In the middle column you can see the switch 'Sell on webshop'. Turn this on.




6. Under 'Webshop settings', select the desired setting.

Not displayed on webshop:The product is not displayed online.
Shows when there is stock (recommended):The product is displayed online and automatically removed when there is no more stock.
Shows, also at 0 stock:The product can always be viewed and settled online, even if there is no stock.
Can only be reserved, price visible:The product cannot be paid online, but it can be reserved.
Can only be booked, price on request:The product cannot be paid online and there is also no price visible, but the product can be reserved.


7. Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.



Categorize products on the webshop

1. Click on 'Assortiment' in the menu
2. Find and open the product in question.
3. Select properties on this page to make the product visible in the relevant categories and filters.

For example:
- Category
- Jewelry type
- Gender
- Brand
- Material
- Color
- Article group and supplier (this is not shown by default).

For example:If you have selected the category "Hiernament", the material "Gold" and the gender "Ladies", the product will appear on the Ladies Jewelry", "Ladies", "Golden Jewelry" and "Golden women's jewelry" page. The product is also displayed if these filters are selected by the consumer.


4. Click the 'Save' button to save the changes.
