Savings Points Program

Binds customers to the store with the loyalty points program in the cash register.

Setting the value

First of all, it is important to activate and set up the loyalty points program.

1. In the menu on the left, click on 'Store settings'.

2. Click on the tab 'Saving points'

3. Set the switch "Use loyalty points" to "Active" .

If necessary, activate the other options below.

4. Fill in the fields below:

- How many points the customer gets per euro he spends.

- How much euro discount the customer gets per point.

- How long the points are valid (on the right).

5. If necessary, select various item groups or payment methods (such as gift cards or discount card) to exclude. The customer does not earn any loyalty points about this turnover.

6. Then click on "Save" to activate the loyalty points program.

7. Refresh the page once by pressing CTRL and F5 simultaneously.

Spend loyalty points in the cash register

Remember to select a customer during checkout to award the loyalty points.

When changing a customer on the transaction afterwards, the loyalty points are not awarded or 'moved'.

After activating the loyalty points program, an additional line is displayed below the stock number for each product or service in the checkout.

By default, it says 'Reception 0 loyalty points'. Only when filling in an amount for a payment method does it become visible how many loyalty points the customer earns. The loyalty points also depend on the selected payment method.

If the text "This article group is excluded from earning loyalty points." if shown, the customer will not earn any loyalty points when purchasing this product.

Redeem loyalty points in the cash register

1. Add the desired products or services at the checkout.

2. Select the relevant customer

3. Click on the 'Gift Card' button under the payment methods.

4. Click on the 'Savings Points' tab

5. Enter the desired number of loyalty points to cash in.

6. Click on the 'Use' button

The discount is then displayed in two places.Per product rule:

Under the payment method gift card:

If necessary, cancel the redemption of loyalty points here by clicking on the X icon behind the loyalty points.

Savings points on the customer overview

On the relevant customer page it is visible how many loyalty points the customer still has.

If the value of the loyalty points is adjusted in Store Settings, the previously obtained loyalty points will also increase or decrease in value.
