Email and webmail via PrismaNote

In addition to PrismaNote, you can also use our domain registration and e-mail hosting. Below you will find the procedure, costs and settings for your computer.

Costs

These costs are for enabling e-mail hosting and domain registration.

No additional costs will be charged for moving your domains with historical emails.

The costs are 10 per month per domain with one or more e-mail addresses.
Each additional domain without e-mail hosting is one per month extra.

Example: You want to purchase or move 5 domains of which 2 have email addresses.
The costs are then: 2 x âicularly 10 per month + 3 x âicular 1 per month = âicular 23 per month


Setting application in motion

You can submit the application via:https://help.prismanote.com/portal/en/newticket
Under Template, select 'Request domain and email relocation'. We will then send more information and what data we need.

Settings email program

  • Incoming and outgoing server:web7.hostingcp.eu

  • Protocol: IMAP or POP3 (use IMAP if you use multiple devices to read the email. Count the webmail as a device. Then the mailbox on every device is the same)

  • Gates:

    • Secure (choosing SSL or STARTSSL)

      • 993 for incoming mail (IMAP and POP3)

      • 465 for outgoing mail

    • Unsecured (your data will not be transmitted encrypted,Use this option only if there is no other way!)

      • 143 for incoming mail (IMAP)

      • 110 for incoming mail (POP3)

      • 25 for outgoing mail (use 587 if you can't use port 25)

  • Outgoing email requires verification: Yes, use the same data as for the incoming email

  • Username: your full email address

  • Password: Passing the password as it is passed by PrismaNote



Webmail login

You can read and reply to the e-mail anytime, anywhere via our webmail. You can find this one onhttps://juweliermail.nl. There you log in with the same data that you have received from us. The username is also the full email address here.



Change password email

You can change the password of the e-mail address yourself with the steps below via the webmail environment.

  1. Login to the webmail viaJuweliermail.nl

  2. On the left, click Settings and then choose 'Password'

  3. Enter the current password

  4. Choose a new password and enter it 2 times

  5. Click on "Save".


We cannot see and find out the passwords, they are stored encrypted. If you have forgotten your password, we can reset it for you.
