Creating a gift card

1. Click on 'Checkout' in the menu

2. Click on the "Voucher" button

3. A new rule is created. Adjust the value and possibly the voucher number.

- By pressing the 'Duplicate' button, you can easily add another voucher with the same value as a line.

- With the switch 'Exclusion of payment' the gift card can be created without paying.

4. Then settle the transaction withThe desired payment method. The voucher can then be reopened via the menu 'Services' menu.

5. Download and/or print the voucher to give to the customer in the rounding screen.

Create gift card on return

Do you not want to return a money when you return, but a voucher?

1. Go through the same steps asRefund of store purchase.

2. Then create a voucher for the same amount (as described above).

3. Click on a payment method to process the refund as "0.00 and create the voucher.

Redeem or redeem gift card

1. Add the products or services that the customer wants to purchase.

2. Click on the "Gift Card" button in the list of payment methods.

3. A new window will appear. Check that the option "Shop gift cards" is selected.

4. Fill or scan the voucher number and click on the 'Pull' button. (Does the number start with G- and fill in the number manually? Enter the number after G-).

5. Fill in the (partial) amount that the customer wants to cash in.

6. Click on the 'Use' button

7. The remainder can now be settled.

Under the 'Gift Card' button, the number and amount are now visible.

The amount is broken down per cash register rule:

External gift card (such as tourist office)

Are you using PAY.nl? Then you can also pay at the cash register with an external gift card.

1. Add the products or services that the customer wants to purchase.

2. Click on the "Gift Card" button in the list of payment methods.

3. A new window will appear. Check that the option "External gift cards" is selected.

4. Fill or scan the voucher number.

5. Fill in the (partial) amount that the customer wants to cash in.

6. Click on the "Use" button

7. The remainder can now be settled.
