1. Click on 'Transactions' in the menu
2. Is it part of all transactions? Click the filter button behind the search bar.
3. Select the period with the "From Date" and "To Date" fields or select another filter if desired.
4. Click the 'Search' button to show the selected transactions.
5. Click on the top right button with the 3 dots.
6. Click on the desired option (the bottom option is broken down by product and contains the most data).
7. A new screen appears. Have you selected a specific filter in steps 2 to 4? Turn on the 'Use selected transaction filters' switch.
If necessary, deselect the data you do not want to export by clicking the green box for it.
8. Click on 'Export' below.

Your CSV export comes out with all the data in one field with a comma in between, so that this:

Then take the following steps:
1. Click on 'Shop Settings' in the menu
2. Click on the 'Advanced' tab
3. Select under 'CSV export option' the option 'Punt comma and comma as price decimal'.
4. Click on the 'Submit' button
5. Create a new customer export now.
