Label printer Problems and print solutions

When printing, an orange notification appears in the screen

- Check if itPrinthelper program is onon the computer to which the printer is attached.
- Check that the correct workstation is selected at the top.

A green notification will appear when printing, but no labels will still be printed.

Go through the steps below.
1. Are there unusual lights on the printer? If so:
-Are there enough labels in the printer?
-Is the printer closed?
-Is the printer not on pause?





2. Press the feed label button once. With Zebra models, this is this button:





3. Is the label printer set in PrismaNote?
  1. Go to Store settings
  2. Choose the Print Settings tab.
  3. Check this field to see if the correct printer name has been chosen.






The labels are incorrectly printed

For a change of the label, it is best to take a photo of the current label. Then share the photo with the desired adjustment with our support in the chat or via email (support@prismanote.com).


Below are solutions to common problems. First of all, take the following steps:
1. In the menu on the left, click on 'Shopping settings'.

2. Click on the Print settings tab.

3. Click or scroll to the Labels section.

Problem: All data is printed at the top left of the label

Causes: the printer is the layout 'lost'

Solution:

1.Go to 'Shop settings', then tab 'Print settings' the 'Labels' section.
2.At the relevant layout, first click this button. You will receive a green notification at the top right if you have succeeded:



3. Then choose this button to print a test label:








Problem: theLayoutIt is incorrectly aligned:

Causes: the alignment is not set correctly.
SolutionThe alignment must be adjusted.
1.Go to 'Shop settings', then tab 'Print settings' the 'Labels' section.
2. Click on the 'Tools' button



3. Click on the 'Calibrate' button
4. Click on the 'Send' button
