Manage money flow between cash register, safe and bank
You can manage the money flow between the cash register, safe and bank via the 'Cost' button in the checkout.

Do you have multiple locations? It is important to create a separate safe per location and link it. Follow the steps in the manual via the link above.
Move cash between cash register, bank or safe
You can manage the money flow between the cash register, safe and bank via the 'Cost' button in the checkout.
1. Click on 'Cashout' in the menu
2. Click on the 'Cost' button
3. Select the desired ledger number description:
- Cash to the safe
- Cash from the safe
- Cash from the bank
- Cash to bank
(This depends on how you want to record the flow of money from the checkout).
Do you want to move cash from the safe to the bank? This is best done by first storing the amount of 'Contant money from the safe' and then repeating the steps and then selecting 'Cash to bank'.
4. Please enter the amount and description.
5. Click on the 'Submit' button
If desired, you can print a voucher with one of these buttons.
View balance cash in safe
1. Click on 'Cashout' in the menu
2. Click on the 'Cost' button
3. Select Largebook number description: Cash from the safe
Now you will see the safe balance at the bottom right of the screen.

Also during
