It is possible to delete a transaction.
How to delete a checkout transaction
1. Click Transactions in the menu
2. Filter or search for the transaction in question.
3. Click the arrow icon behind the View button.
4. Click the Delete option
5. Select the option to delete this transaction and undo the inventory change.
6. Click the button that appears to open the relevant day closure in a new tab, if you want to print it again.
7. Click the 'Delete Transaction' button.

The option to delete can only be used if the accounting integration is not active. This setting can be found under Store Settings → Exact Online Accounting Connection. If your company is based in Germany, it is not possible to delete transactions due to the mandatory Fiskaly integration. In this case, you can only reverse a transaction by issuing a refund.
View deleted transaction
1. Click Transactions in the menu
2. Click on the filter icon behind the search bar
3. Activate the switch Show deleted transactions
4. Click the Search button
5. Now only the deleted transactions are displayed.
If necessary, click the refresh button behind the search bar to display all transactions instead of just the deleted transactions.
Recover deleted transaction
1. Click Transactions in the menu
2. Click on the filter icon behind the search bar
3. Activate the switch Show deleted transactions
4. Click the Search button to show only the deleted transactions.
6. Click the Restore button behind the transaction to make the transaction visible again.
7. Click the refresh icon behind the search bar to view the transactions overview.
