Split repair revenue

Want to split repairs by revenue group? For example: gold, silver, watch, or external.

Follow these steps to set an additional screen to appear after clicking on repair.

1. Click Store Settings in the menu.

2. Click on the Cash Register tab.

3. Scroll to the Cash Register Operations section and click Repairs and Orders.

4. Make sure the switch next to Open selection for Repairs and Orders is active.

5. Enter your desired item groups under Repair: select item groups as shortcut.

6. Click the Save button at the top of the page to save your changes.

This feature uses item groups. If your desired groups are not listed yet, click Item Groups in the left-hand menu to create them. Learn more about article groups.

By specifying a supplier on the item group page, you won’t need to select it manually in the cash register. If a button does not have a supplier, enter your own company as the supplier for the item group.

Tip: By also filling in an item group under Repair, a default option will be selected. For example, enter the item group you use most frequently.

You can then click the Repair button at the top of the cash register. An extra screen will appear. Click the desired button and then click the green Select button.
