Set up Coupon / Voucher

Do you want to make a discount campaign on the website or give a specific customer a discount code on the webshop? Create a coupon or voucher.


Set up a coupon code

To create a discount code, take these steps:

  1. Go to Shopping Settings from the left side menu
  2. Click the Webshop Settings tab.
  3. Click or scroll to the Coupons section.
  4. Click the Add New button. A pop-up opens to do different settings.
  5. Enter the code of the coupon, the value of the coupon and any other settings.
  6. Click the Save button.


Explanation of all coupon institutions

Coupon code:Place the code that consumers can use on your website (text and numbers, without other characters and spaces).
Type Discount:Select whether it is a fixed amount or a percentage.
Value of the coupon:How much discount does the consumer receive with this code?
Minimum spending:Enter the amount from which total order value the coupon may be spent.
Expiry date:Until when is the coupon code valid?
User limit:How often can the code be used? (If you leave it empty, it is valid 10,000 times).
Exclusive discounted products:Is the coupon also valid for products that are already in the SALE?
Only for selected article groups:Is the coupon only valid for specific item groups?
Excluding or embed:Is the coupon valid for these article groups (closes) or not for these article groups (excluding).
Select article groups:Find and select the article groups you want to embed or exclude.


Delete coupon code

  1. Go to Shopping Settings from the left side menu
  2. Click the Webshop Settings tab.
  3. Click or scroll to the Coupons section.
  4. Click on the Trash icon behind the coupon code you want to delete.
