You can create a new repair in the cash register.
A new window will appear.
By default, the item group and coupled supplier are pre-filled. This data is important for statistics.
The default article group can be set via the menu 'Store settings' -> Cash register.

3. If necessary, change the article group and click on the 'Choose' button.
4. Fill in the desired data
Below is a description of the fields. The thickly printed fields are the most important.
Quantity: You can adjust the number if necessary.
Name:This is the title of the repair.
Description: Describe here what the repair entails. This information is also shared with the consumer.
Price chord / Quote: By default Price chord is selected. By clicking on quotation, the repair is given the status Quote to make a price proposal first.
Show Comment for service partner: By clicking on it, you can fill in a separate description for the repairer. This is not shared with the consumer.
Pocket number: A separate repair number (of the bag) can be entered here. Automatically increasing this number can be turned on or off under 'Shopping Settings' -> 'Checkout'.
Price: Fill in the price that it will cost the consumer.
Estimated date ready: An indication when the repair is ready for the consumer.
Phone, Email, WhatsApp icon: Click on the option how the consumer would like to be informed at pickup. By default, Telephone is selected.
Photo: It is possible to take or upload a photo via this button.
Pay later: By turning off this switch, the consumer can now pay the amount immediately. By default, this switch is on, so the consumer only has to pay when pickup.
5. Save other products or pay for the transaction.
Click on a payment method or on the 'Checkout' button to create the repair. This is also the case if the payment is on later, so that the customer only paid on pickup.
Congratulations, the repair has been made! The repair note can be printed on the round page. It is also possible to set this up automatically. The repair can now also be seen via the heading 'Services' in the menu and on the customer page.
