In this article, we explain how the integration between WhatsApp and PrismaNote works.
Follow the four steps shown on that page to log in.
Then, in PrismaNote, click the WhatsApp icon on the customer page or repair page to open WhatsApp with the relevant phone number.
Type your message and click Send.
Click Customers in the menu.
Click View next to the relevant customer.
At the top, under Contact, click the phone number with the WhatsApp icon.
Click Edit at the top of the customer page.
Select the country code for the mobile phone number.
Enter the customer’s mobile phone number.
Enable the Use mobile for WhatsApp toggle.
Click Save in the top right corner.
Click Services in the menu.
Click View next to the relevant order or repair.
Click the WhatsApp icon below the Amount due.
Click Send WhatsApp message.
By default, the message will include the customer name, price, deposit, and remaining amount due.
You can always edit the message manually before sending it.
On the relevant Service page, click Edit customer details on the left-hand side.
Select the country code for the mobile phone number.
Enter the customer’s mobile phone number.
Enable the Use mobile for WhatsApp toggle.
Click Save in the top right corner.
Would you like to use a standard message text? Follow the steps below. You will still need to send the message manually.
Click Shop settings in the menu.
Click the POS tab.
Go to the Customer settings section.
Enter the message under WhatsApp message to send.
Click Save customer settings.
From now on, this message will be shown by default when you open WhatsApp via PrismaNote.
