We recommend using the included USB adapter (instead of connecting the terminal to a free USB port of the cash register), because with the adapter we can guarantee that the terminal gets enough power to function correctly.
The network cable must be connected to Thermnet. The other end should be on the modem or switch. The device must have a direct connection to the Internet. Try to keep the number of switches/hubs in this connection.
The USB Cable can be connected to USB and the other end with the adapter is plugged into a power outlet.
After connecting the power, the terminal will jump on immediately. It will restart a number of times to receive the latest updates.
When the PIN terminal is connected correctly, it will show "Your CARD AUB". There is also occasional light on the side of the terminal.
5. Once the payment is complete, the checkout will proceed directly to the "transaction completed screen" (or immediately reopen the checkout if set).
The PIN voucher will be automatically added to the thermal purchase receipt. We do not print these yet if you use the A4 / A5 voucher.
