Export customers (with savings points)

Take the following steps to export your customers.

1. Click on 'Customers' in the menu

2. Click on the 'Download' button at the top right of the overview

3. A new screen appears. By default, all fields are selected.

You can deactivate the data you do not want to export by clicking the checkmark for it.

Do you only want to export a specific customer group? Then under 'Advanced'.

The 'Points' field concerns the savings points per customer.

4. Then click the 'Export to CSV' or 'Export to PDF' button for the desired export.

Your CSV export comes out with all the data in one field with a comma in between, so that this:

And if you want it divided by column by default, such as this:

Then take the following steps:

1. Click on 'Shop Settings' in the menu

2. Click on the 'Advanced' tab

3. Select under 'CSV export option' the option 'Punt comma and comma as price decimal'.

4. Click on the 'Submit' button

5. Create a new customer export now.
