How do I install the POS system on my computer?

You do not need to install the POS system on the computer. The system works completely online. You also do not need to install a separate app.
Do you want to print a voucher? Then it is important to install our program Printhelper on the computer to which the printer is attached.
Otherwise, the checkout cannot send a signal to the printer.

How do I log in to the POS System?

You can log in by to www.prismanote2.com and enter your email address and password here.

Does the screen stick, rotate or load? Then refresh the page by pressing CTRL and R at the same time. Then fill in the details and click on the 'reChaptcha' box and wait for a green checkmark to appear. Then click the 'Log in' button again.

By clicking Forgot your password, you can request a new password.

What are the minimum system requirements for the POS system?

To use PrismaNote, you usually do not need to purchase hardware.
The system works easily on a tablet or your current desktop running at least Windows 10.
Any system with the internet can be used to use PrismaNote.
However, in order to work quickly, we recommend a device with at least 8GB of working memory.

Does the POS System work on Mac and Windows?

Yes, the system works on both Mac and Windows.

Can I also use the POS system on a tablet?

Yes certainly! PrismaNote works very well on tablets and other devices with a touchscreen.
Please note that a computer is required for printing receipts.
The printer must be connected to a computer in order to control.
You can also choose to send receipts by email, but printing labels/labels/labels requires a laptop on desktop that the printer is attached to.

Can I also use the POS system on a smartphone?

It is possible to log in to a smartphone and use the system.
However, the development team is still working on an update of the layout, so that it is user-friendly on this small screen.
