Automatically print a voucher

Do you want to set up a receipt or repair voucher or download automatically? Take the following steps:

1. In the menu, click Store Settings.
2. Click the Print Settings option.
3. Click or scroll to the Print Settings section (bottom).
4. Click the Add New Action button. A pop-up appears.



5. Under Type, select the type of receipt, such as repair, order, voucher, transaction, fee or gold purchase. (Choose the Normal option when it comes to the transaction receipt).
6. Under Situation, select when the voucher should be printed automatically.
7. Under Action, select what needs to be done in the situation:
Download: The voucher is downloaded.
PDF receipt print: The voucher is printed as PDF.
Thermal printing; The receipt is printed on the thermal printer.

When repair or voucher, the options Download alternative, Print PDF alternative and Print thermal alternative are also available. These are the vouchers that you can print for yourself or the partner.

So do you want to automatically print a repair voucher for yourself and one for the customer?Then select the options PDF voucher and Print PDF alternative (or if it is a thermal printer, the options thermal printing and Print thermal alternative).
