Email address verification

By verifying the domain of your email address,Your emails are better sent from PrismaNote. For this you add someAdd DNS records to the domain at your hosting provider.

Here are the steps:

1. Click on 'Shopping settings' in the menu

2. Make sure that the correct email address is entered under 'Email address'.

Do you want to change the email address?

1. Change the email address.

2. An additional text field will appear below. Click on 'Yes'.

3. Open your email and wait for an email from PrismaNote (see spam too).

4. Click on the link in this email.

5. Refresh the page in PrismaNote to make sure that the new email address remains.

Have you used the new email address before? Then you will not receive an e-mail (step 3) and you can immediately refresh the page (step 5).

3. Click on the 'Verify' button behind the email address.

Now the following data screen appears:

4. Open a new tab in the browser and login to the company where your website and email is registered (this is with the company from which you receive an invoice for email).

5. Open the DNS settings screen of the domain of the entered email address. For example, of the e-mail addressinfo@juwelierbos.nlThis is jeuwelierbos.nl.

6. Add here the records that are visible at step 3 in PrismaNote.

The KEY also contains the domain. This is usually pre-filled, as in the example below. In that case, copy and paste only the section for the domain name (.juwelierbos.nl in this case).

7. Added all records to DNS settings? It may take a while (1 to 24 hours), before the DNS settings are implemented.

Then open the PrismaNote tab and in the step 3 screen, click the "Religion" button.

8. Next, make sure that the label 'Accepted' appears behind the email address.

At that time, your emails arrive better at customers you send from PrismaNote.
