In the menu on the left or in the dashboard, click on 'Checkout' to open the checkout.
We will first explain the layout of the interface, after which we will discuss the specific functionalities.
The Interface
The interface consists of a number of sections:
1. Add product / product types
2. Overview order, find transactions search and add additional text line and blank line
3. Shortcuts
4. Choosing the customer
5. Parking transactions
6. Payment
1. Add product / product types
All products that are storeed at the checkout have a certain product type. You can add a product or service that you provide to the customer by clicking on the relevant product type. We use six product types as standard:
Stock:Start a product from the store / stock.
Ordering:stock and order a non-stock product from the supplier.
Repair:A repair as a project and can process it.
Voucher:Generate and hit a gift card.
Buying gold:Old gold buying and selling
Add costs:Perform cash mutation to withdraw or add cash from the cash register.
Stock
The 'Stock' button is selected by default, because in most cases you store a product from stock.
In the Search... field, type a search term.
This can be an EAN number, product number of the retailer or supplier.
Wait a second for the article to emerge and click it.
By activating the Serial Number switch behind the search field, you can search by serial number instead of product number.
The product is then added as a row and you will see the options associated with this product type.Read more hereCheck out the steps of a product in stock.
Ordering
You do not have the item in stock and want to order it for the customer. Then use this option.
Click on the product type 'Order'.
Enter the relevant product number and press Enter.
Click on the product if it becomes visible.
If no product becomes visible, you can also click on the text 'Use this input'
This allows you to pass on a cash change to withdraw or add money from the cash register.
Fill in the amount. Select the tax and which ledger number you want to book it.
If necessary, you can add an extra description.
2. Overview of order
This table shows the products and services you have hit.
You add a product by selecting the product type (see previous chapter). The details and options of the product are opened when added (see image above).
Which options you see depends on the product type selected. Have you used multiple products or services? Click on the relevant row to see more information. Explanation about this can be found for each specific product type.
By default, the last row is unfolded.
By clicking on the 'X icon' behind the row, you can remove it from the transaction.
3. Shortcuts
It is possible to see a number ofSet shortcuts to set upwith many items sold (click on the link for the complete explanation to create the products as well).
By clicking on it, the product is immediately added to the order.
4. Choosing the customer
By clicking on this button, you can select a known customer or add a new customer.

To make a transaction, adding a customer is not mandatory.
5. Transaction Parking
You can save a transaction to proceed with it later. Use the Parking button for this.Read more
